3 Ways To Relieve Headaches

1.) Water - One of the most common causes of headaches is dehydration.  It's recommended you drink about 10 eight-ounce glasses of water a day (check with your doctor for your specific recommended amount).  The good news is drinking water will almost immediately relieve your headache.

2.) Food - When was the last time you ate? Waiting too long to eat causes the sugar levels in your body to drop....triggering a headache. Eating meals on time, and keeping healthy snacks in between is the best way to avoid them.
