I wanted to include anxiety stress relief in this discussion, since it's similar to stress. The worry from stress can easily be mistaken for it, and in some cases lead to it......but there is a big difference.

Anxiety is the unrealistic constant worry about everyday events like money, work or family.
With it you expect the negative in every situation. You go through the day in a constant state of worry about everything. It can worsen to the point that you can't function properly at work or in any day to day interactions. Like stress, it starts with your mind. Your over reaction to situations is because of how you perceive things.
"Where
the mind
goes, the body follows......."
This statement is so true, and this is no different. It can cause you to experience physical symptoms as well. Here are a few:
- Irritable Feelings
- Muscle Tension
- Headaches
- Sweating
- Nausea
- Tiredness
- Frequent Urges to Urinate
- Sleep Problems
- Trouble Concentrating
There are other types of disorders that stem from it....
- Panic Disorders: which trigger panic attacks.
- Phobias: an unhealthy fear of something
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: unhealthy obsessions over things like health, or neatness.
Some factors that are believed to cause these disorders are Genetics, your Brain Chemistry and Environmental factors that may have caused trauma. Unfortunately there is no cure at this time. Some treatments that can be used are medication and therapy.
The good new is you can prevent it! In addition to including some stress relieving techniques, you can also help by....
-
1.) Reducing your caffeine intake
2.) Avoid medications that increase the symptoms
3.) Get professional help when faced with traumatic events
Identify it....Resolve it....Enjoy life. Here are some other options for anxiety stress relief.
